TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS OF CV2SUCCESS

The following terms and conditions are the terms on which CV2SUCCESS sells CV services and supercedes all other terms and conditions relating to the subject matter of these Conditions.

1. PRICE AND PAYMENT.
The price for the CV services shall be the quoted price of CV2SUCCESS and a payment of 50% of the price shall be made by the client immediately upon acceptance of an order, with the balance outstanding to be paid on satisfactory completion.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card.

2. SERVICES
CV2SUCCESS will use all skill and care in undertaking the following steps:

2.1) Obtain information from the Client about their career to date including achievements and aspirations and analyse key elements for a new CV.

2.2) Present relevant information in a CV in a clear manner and in a way that from experience that will assist you in achieving the next step in the Client’s career.

2.3) Delivery of the completed CV will be to an email address nominated by the Client.

2.4) Delivery should be 5 working days from obtaining client information.

NB. Whilst CV2SUCCESS will endeavour to deliver to these specified timeframes, there is no offer of a guarantee to state that the service will meet them.

3. RISK
The use of the CV shall be entirely at the risk of the Client following delivery. CV2SUCCESS ceases to hold any intellectual property or title to the CV upon delivery.

4. FORCE MAJEURE
CV2SUCCESS shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, accident, IT viruses, terrorism, war, civil unrest, riot, strikes, fire, flood and earthquakes.

5. GENERAL

5.1. If any term or provision of these Conditions is held invalid illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated

5.2. CV2SUCCESS may without the consent of the client sub-licence its rights or obligations or any part of these Conditions.

5.3. The headings in these Conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any of the Conditions.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Each of the parties agrees that save in respect of statements made fraudulently it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement upon which it relied in entering this Agreement and further that no statement or representation which is not contained in writing in this agreement shall form part of the contract between the parties.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

8. RIGHTS OF CONSUMER
Nothing in these Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.

9. SCOPE OF TRADING
CV2SUCCESS is not a recruitment or employment agency and does not in any way offer to provide employment, job interviews or other direct recruitment services to either.
